1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
Unite Services provides Airbnb management, interior décor, and premium cleaning services to property owners in Accra, Ghana. All service engagements are formalised through a separate Service Agreement signed prior to commencement.
3. Enquiries and Consultations
Submitting an enquiry or booking form on our website does not constitute a binding contract. Services begin only upon signing of a formal Service Agreement between Unite Services and the client.
4. Pricing
Pricing displayed on our website is indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed during consultation and documented in the Service Agreement. All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) unless otherwise stated.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their property
- Grant Unite Services reasonable access to the property as required
- Inform Unite Services of any known property issues or hazards
- Honour payment terms as outlined in the Service Agreement
6. Limitation of Liability
Unite Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Unite Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication to this website.
